Kranos is angry and bitter, even for a Dwarf. He will fight anyone who calls him short and demands that he goes through doors first almost to a fault, both as a sense of protection for his friends and because he hates not being able to see what is going on. He will stare down anything with eyes and is quick to challenge someone to a contest of strength and endurance. He is extra tough, even for a Dwarf, and has faster than ordinary healing.
Mannerisms and Appearance:
Kranos is tall for a Dwarf, standing at closer to 5ft instead of 4ft and is heavier than most weighing in at around 220lbs. He is never truly relaxed and is wary and vigilant at all times and trusts no one but his allies. His dirty blond beard is braided and all of his hair on his head fits under his helmet, (so he can’t be held by it).
Companions and Allies:
Kranos is a Dwarf of incredible loyalty, through and through, and will not leave a fallen comrade behind, no matter what the danger. His strange friendship with Kiara, the Human Rogue, is a mystery even to his closest allies. He has been known to go into a enraged fury when she is under heavy attack and once strangled an Ogre that had gotten in a lucky shot.
Kranos was one of the Dwarven Kings greatest warriors, depsite his relatively young age at the time. His family however looked down on his attempting to train the human, despite his good intentions. They did not see it as a true dishonour, but made their unhappiness known to him, which made it easier for him to leave when Kiara had completed her training. When he took her away to be trained in the art of stealth he gave up one of his few family possessions (a trinket of great power and value and beknownst to Kiara). He has never regretted his decision, but vowed to return to his family with an even greater treasure than the one he traded for.
Over the few years since Kiara had finished her training, they have travelled far in search of great treasure or wherever a steady blade or hammer is needed. They fight remarkably well together, with Kiara normally taking his rear flank or sneaking up on enemies while they try to kill the stubborn dwarf. Their current companions have become good friends and they seem a strong bunch, making them a good group to travel with.
